What is your return policy?
We strive to ensure that all our products arrive in perfect condition. If you are dissatisfied, or if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at customercare@sevigne.com.au within 7 days of purchase.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, except in cases where the goods are damaged or faulty, or if an item is out of stock. Refunds for out-of-stock items will be issued to the original payment method.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on briefs, bottoms, or thongs due to hygiene reasons.
If you have selected an incorrect size, we offer an exchange service. Please contact customercare@sevigne.com.au and we will help you to find the correct fit.
Allow up to 14 days for your return to be received and processed.
Important: Shipping fees for returned items are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear on your account statement. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling charges. During peak periods, there might be a slight delay in processing your refund. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification from our Customer Service Team.

What is your returns policy for bottoms, briefs & thongs?
We accept returns for most products in their original and re-saleable condition. However, due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on underwear or swimwear unless the item is faulty.
SEVIGNE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY OR UPDATE ANY TERMS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
